Jo now runs Jousey Films, which concentrates on producing high quality promotional films, documentaries and other creative media all over the UK and Ireland, with a fresh, simple and transparent approach to the process and pricing.

Welcome to Jousey Films, founded by filmmaker, Jo Hutton. If you’re wondering where the name Jousey originates, Jo’s hometown is based in Cumbria, in the North-West of England and ‘Jousey' in early Cumbrian dialect means ‘Lucky’.

Jo has been a filmmaker for over 15 years and has worked with a wealth of organisations, businesses and individuals to produce films for all kinds of platforms. She has an enthusiastic, professional approach to storytelling, making films that are informative and emotive.
